With 58 team members, Sisters 1st has become a very successful team. Our team’s name honors that we are the first all-women’s high school team in New Jersey in the First Mid-Atlantic district, that we experience a daily sisterhood at our school, and that our school was founded by the Religious Teachers Filippini. The process of designing, programming, and building our robot provides students with STEM workforce experience while also developing essential collaboration and communication skills. Sisters 1st is dedicated to learning and applying new skills and technologies that will ideally inspire young women everywhere to pursue careers in science and engineering. This year, our 2023-2024 team consists of 58 members!
